David Aucamp, SRA, heads the residential real estate operations of the company. He is a native of South Florida, and graduated from Florida Atlantic University. He has spent his 30-year professional career as a residential real estate appraiser in this area. David earned the highly regarded SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and has built a solid reputation for specializing in appraising luxury homes. He has extensive experience providing expert testimony as well as working with estate planners, accountants, and attorneys.

Jonathan Whitney, MAI, heads the team of 6 commercial real estate appraisers at ADW, and values all major real property types: industrial, office, retail, and multifamily. Additionally, he appraises and advises clients on mixed-use projects, vacant sites, residential subdivisions / condominiums, and various special purpose properties. Assignments generally range from relatively straight forward assignments (individual commercial condominium units) to multi-phased projects with complex cash flow considerations (proposed mixed-use towers). He has 15 years of experience in the South Florida market, is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), and sits on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Jonathan Whitney grew up in South Florida and earned his master's degree from the University of Florida. Jonathan is an active member of the community. He is Vice Chair of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Boca Raton, an Executive Board member for the Boca Raton Federation of Homeowners, an Elder at Spanish River Church, and a member of the Boca Raton Downtown Rotary Club. He and his wife now raise their children in the same dynamic community of his upbringing.

Douglas Whitney, MAI, has extensive South Florida real estate experience, especially as a commercial real estate appraiser for more than 25 years. He earned the highly regarded MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1993. Previous work was bank appraisal reviewing, bank commercial real estate lending, and city planning. He studied city planning for his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts and graduate degree at Harvard University. He has lived in Boca Raton since 1978.
